I have upgraded the MyBB forum software to the latest version, 1.4.1.

Well, I managed to get the Who has been online today working for the 1.4.1 version software, today. I also made a few changes to the front page of the site, as well as to the header and footer areas.
My replacement(s) have not been overly active, yet, and I got tired of the site not changing hardly any at all. So, I decided to fiddle with it a bit. Overall, I think that I like it best, now, of any look that the front page has had, since I first began fiddling with the Flagship website as an admin a while back.
I think that the Mighty Pen character works well with the new header image, which is based upon the Union jack flag, of course. Since Flagship is a British-based publication, I thought that the Union Jack would serve as a good starting point for designing a new look around.
I think that the larger Mighty Pen character that I colored in came out well, and I think that using it for an e-mail link, to try and encourage site visitors to send in letters to the editor fits well on the front page.
I added a red subscribe encouragement image in the footer area, to try and remind site visitors to consider subscribing to Flagship magazine. I put a big image back on the front page (the Flintlock game ad), because I think that imagery is important, and helps to stimulate the imagination. I made a few other minor changes, as well, and I also made a few changes on the forum index page.
