What is Realms of Rivalry?

In short, its a free semi-real time/turn-based graphical strategy game where you can play short tactical skirmishes with 2-4 players in a small random-generated game world. The game has been characterized as "chess on steroids".

Realms of Rivalry has many similarities to classic titles like Space Crusade and the X-Com series.

This is a cute little game that I discovered, tonight. While I played it alone, apparently, it is a multiplayer game. You might want to check it out with a friend.
