Just a quick note to mention that I've had to raise the prices of Midgard slightly. The new pricing structure is as follows:
£1.00 for up to 10 basic orders.
£2.00 for between 11 and 20 basic orders.
£3.00 for between 21 and 30 basic orders.
£1.00 per special action up to a maximum of 3 per turn.
£2.00 per combat report per participant.

Well the new faction, the Seeker's is now live in the game and we are in both Midgard and Kalmar continents. We are always looking for a few more clans, but we care not whom your cousin clans might be as it matters not to our neutral faction!

Greetings to prospective players of the great game that is Midgard UK!
Let me tell you that this is a most delicate time in Midgard. It has recently been revealed that the powerful Dakarian Empire is bent on conquering the Kalmar continent first, then the islands between Kalmar and Midgard proper, and then Midgard itself.
We need volunteers to turn that tide! As senior of the Pirate faction, I am looking for brave sea captains that can laugh at death in its very face, and not falter even if sailing against unsurmountable odds. It will not be an easy fight. Your clan will be blooded once and again. Your enemies will hound you. You will have to rely on your wits, and you may be betrayed by those you trust the most. But on this, I give you my word as a Pirate: your deeds will be remembered long after your ships have sunk beneath the waves. Songs will be sung to your name, and glasses will be raised toasting you in the taverns of many cities, not only those the Pirates control.
And the world of Midgard will be forever changed by your actions.

Looks like i answered my own question, the current GM is standing the game down, a current player has stepped up and considering taking over, i just signed uo to the group so i could join the game, typical.

The game is indeed, in a state of flux. But there are actually TWO players interested in taking over, one from the UK, and one from the US. Add to that the fact that the current player base's interest for the game to continue is high, so I'd recommend waiting a bit to see who will continue running it. Then we can better answer your original question, namely what wars and quests are currently on. It will depend on the new GM's style, so I am hessitant to advance an answer

Yes the game is still in play and the newest faction in the game is the Seeker faction, which is in both Midgard and Kalmar. We are always looking for a few new folks to add to our ranks, inwhich to explore and delve into all sorts of mysteries!
